Revenge

This trivial matter started
With light jokes and hearty laughter
But as quickly as a snowflake turns to waters
Things took a turn for the worse
Harsher woods were spoken
From one to another
Spring to summer
Pranks were played
Only to annoy
And dance on each other nerves
As fall approached
Fists were threatened
But never used
Come December
Blood corrupted that pure snow
He took a swing
The other person did the same
Only this outcome was worse
It put a stop to all the nonsense
But in a tragic way
He lay to rest 6ft under
Now tell me why
This revenge is bittersweet to the lips

After reading that first

After reading that first poem, I decided to read another, and I'm glad I did! I love how you've written this, with the different seasons leading to different events, and it flows so well!

Thank you so much
