Take it from me, it is never going to go away. I've waited for things to change but unfortunately it just gets worse (in a sense) as more younger and newer players enter into the game.
My advice is to ignore it. Don't post in conversations, don't participate in other peoples battles, and stick with your none-dramaful friends (and make new ones).
I have a great group of friends here that I am better for knowing, and they make this a better place.

I'll agree, there has been alot of stressfull things around here, but on the game you can just escape from whatever your doing and be who you want.
