((An rp for Kasmir and anyone else who would like to join! ^-^))
Quote:
A young doe pranced about energetically. She skipped around, humming and poking at this and that with her nose. Her name was Kasmir. And she hadn't a care in the world.
She'd been in a better mood than usual, which seems impossible, and everyone had ignored her more than usual. As she pranced about, she kept a narrow eye open for company. She wanted to play with someone, and frolic about.
But she didn't know anyone who would. All the stags she'd met lately were rude or serious, or didn't pay attention to her. And all the does snickered at her.
She moved about and circled a tree, her pelt flashing with light every time the sun hit it, and her antlers shining with color. As she kicked up a pine cone, she turned her head to the right and saw a stag. He looked friendly from the distance they were at. She trotted over and curtseyed. "Hello! How do you do?! My name is Kasmir! Who are you?" She said, her tail flickering as she beamed widely. She began to prance around the stag in circles, humming a little tune, waiting for his answers.
Antlers… the young stag was still getting used to them; it was only the second set he had worn upon his head. The first had been little things, no bigger than anyone else’s, but this time they had grown in large and regal looking—it was a set of antlers Tanarus could walk proudly with.
Or… that’s what he thought at first. In all truth, they didn’t fit his personality at all. As he wondered around the forest, frolicking with friends, they tended to get in the way more than anything… but he supposed they gave him some bragging rights.
The emerald buck was just chuckling to himself when a golden doe bounded out from the forest. She snuck up on him as he was daydreaming, but she seemed to only want to play as she introduced herself politely and pranced around him. Warm green eyes watched her circle him in amusement and he smiled.
”Good morning, Kasmir.” He replied with a laugh, flicking his tail as he spun in circles to follow her movements.
”I’m Tanarus, pleasure to meet you.” He paused a moment to give her a low bow, careful not to fling his antlers about.
Her eyes flashed up to greet
"Hello Tanarus! Lovely name, if I do say so myself!" She giggled again, prancing a bit slower. She curtsied once more, brown eyes shining up as she spoke, "It's a pleasure to meet you, too!" She was gliding around him, humming unknown tunes. A habit she never really got over.
The sun made the stag's pelt shine emerald. Her favorite color. She beamed at that, prancing her circles faster than before. "I love your pelt! I don't think I've ever seen it before!"
