Well, I dare say this is what about everyone expected to happen, one way or another. Time to fight.
However, his accurate appearance has thus far only been noticed by two of his three(four) victims. One of which currently is in no state to tell about it, the other likely not willing to. This means, for your character to interact with him, he/she first needs to identify him. This will be the in-forest event. Have your character search - or maybe actually already been facing him - and guessing something is strange.
Clues to where he currently moves around will be dropped on the plot hub/his bio. You are free to read these – or do it completely without any kind of a clue. Keep in mind though, he has proven to be a rather untrustworthy fellow. Sometimes the clues are not as obvious as they seem!
I do ask one thing of you – his pictograms will be registered at the community. If you have a suspicion your deer may be facing him, use the map to check first by clicking on it there. If it truly is him, you will know it then. I really do not want uninvolved people being chased/treated like him, so I am counting on you guys! Please, please check first.
I'd like to add though that I mean the map to be only kind of a... confirmation. Please, don't use it to search for him.. Two reasons - first, your character does not really know the contents of the map. Secondly, it makes this game rather short. /: I cannot control you of course, so... it's just what I ask.
If your character found him, why not post a screenshot of it here? These will be added in the blog. Of course, this is no must, though I will be glad for a few screens (because I suck balls at taking them ;_;).
Speaking of the blog - this is a subject to additions. Which brings me back to why I used plural when speaking of, well, pictograms earlier - he has more than one. If you will, he has three 'lives' so to speak. RP-wise though it's not like he will die and be revived when a pictogram is "destroyed", but rather forced to take a break. Each time a pictogram is being revealed and destroyed, his power will wither. In turn, it will get more difficult to catch him though! He wants to stay alive, after all. Also, a thing about desperation - the more grim it gets, the more drastic his measures... though you will find out what I mean with that. (;
