Nooooo, poor spiders, that’s terrible. And poor Verve, now she has no way to do her crafts. I just want to cry for her.
This turned out really well though, it seems so “simple” but as usual your ability to tell stories this way always impresses me. I love Verve in that first sequence crafting with her spider, it’s just very sweet, makes their loss all the more poignant. I’m reminded of "Charlotte’s Web" which was an animation that absolutely enchanted me as a child, even though it had a sad “ending” as it where too.
This is great, can’t wait to see more of this plot.
