...First Heartbeat...{Angel's pregnancy updates}

Derp....~~I don't know what I'm doing. ;-;~~ Nothing special here...

First Trimester
Virtually nothing happens outwardly to the body. Pregnancy not detected by the naked eye.

Second Trimester
Body begins to slightly grow larger, including her abdomen. Not easily detected, though, and overlooked. Pains kick in

Third Trimester
Body becomes larger and pregnancy is easily seen to deer. Baby begins to grow larger inside the mother, causing discomfort to the first-time mother. Towards the middle discomforts begin to lessen and soon go away, body becomes much larger. Child movement can be seen and felt by other deer. Towards the end contractions begin but child birth doesn't occur until the very end of this trimester.

Current Trimester
Each trimester lasts two months.
Currently on her third trimester.
Body is noticeably larger now, as the child is preparing for the world. The mother is most likely to sit rather than play anymore. Physical activity will be at a huge low, almost sleeping for entire days if not hours at a time. Probably distant towards ones who are not her family or considered family/friends. Will not tolerate anything that would be seen as a danger to herself or ones around her.

Mother's Reactions

First Trimester
As her body isn't showing much of what's going on inside, she will not be acting any different than she normally would. May begin feeling sick as the end of the first trimester approaches.

Second Trimester
In the beginning of this trimester Angel will most likely be getting sick and not run around as much. Towards the ending of this trimester Angel will become less and less sick though she will be often found eating much more than she usually would. At the very end of this trimester she may find out of her pregnancy.

Third Trimester
Angel becomes totally aware of the baby growing inside her and will not be partaking in play. Around this time her tolerance levels will go down and will avoid large groups of deer she doesn't know. Grows tired easily and will be most often seen resting. The discomfort begins to go away but becomes stressed as she feels the baby begin to move around inside her. Will continue to feel wary of company until the contractions begin, then she will be extremely conscious of others around her most likely being a bit distant with ones who are not close friends or family.
Father's Reactions.
First Trimester
As nothing is knew to his mate, Nix continues to act as he normally does.
Second Trimester
Becomes concerned for his mate as she begins to act sick, will become watchful over her and may not allow too many deer to crowd her. Will relax as she begins to eat more and more, won't think much of it at first because he figures she's just eating more to regain her energy from being sick.
Third Trimester
As Nix first finds out of Angel's pregnancy, it is expected that he may be acting a bit protective. Of course, Nix is a first time father in this life so it only increases his protection instinct so he may not allow any deer he doesn't know near Angel. Even if that deer is a close friend of Angel's, if Nix doesn't know them he may act rudely or skeptical towards them.
