Recently: Found his mate in labor near his logs. Tried his best to keep her comfortable, but grew frustrated with the heavy traffic near the ruins. Noticed Kaoori's daughter Kari keeping watch, thankful for her support. Henna later took up a guardian role as well, Jokerman following suit. After something of a chaotic evening, welcomed his newborn son Chase into the world.

Appearance:

Pavo is of an average size for an adult buck and his build is most similar to that of a fallow deer. Much like his personality, his pelt is flashy and brightly colored, bearing the metallic blue and glossy green markings of the Indian Peafowl Pavo cristatus from which his name was derived. His back has an almost scaly look to it and his antlers, lock and key-like, are similarly textured. He is almost always wearing some sort of animated expression behind his peacock mask, which conceals a pair of green-gray eyes and a boyish face of blue and white. His hair is often disheveled and he appears to have an on-again, off-again relationship with his goatee.

Pavo wears his heart on his sleeve and the story of his life on his skin. While many of his injuries from sparring and more heated conflicts have healed over and since then been covered by his feathery coat of fur, there are two that remain visible. In any interaction with this peacock buck, it is fairly obvious that he is missing most of his left ear. The reason being that the rest of it was unintentionally lopped off by Darcy in self defense when Pavo attacked the monarch stag, bitter and desperate for Rowan's affection in the distant past. The other appears in the form of a large broken scar on his left shoulder. This criss-cross-like wound was received in a two-on-two brawl with Walter and Baal. While he is not particularly proud of either of these features, he is honest when it comes to their origins and has mellowed out a bit with age.

Haunts:

Pavo comes and goes as he pleases with little regard for the notion of territories. If there is a good conversation or time to be had, he'll typically find it, wherever it may be. He tends to gravitate towards family members and friends, but may otherwise be found just about anywhere. He does, however, hold a fondness for the first forest and may often go to the ruins to reflect.
