They roll through my mind

How could they have been spoken
Send some mindless distraction
While my mind keeps spinning
And my heart keeps racing
In truth my feelings are a blur
And I don't which is righ
And which is wrong
Please forgive my frozen state
Or that panicked look in my eyes
