September 12, 2009 - 5:52am — Bayleen
I've started a new thing in which it kind-of has to do with threads. A thread is a post that someone starts like roleplaying with words.
Example: Bayleen jumped off of the bridge.
Like that. You don't have to use quotation marks if u want. And I'd rather it be more dialogue than actions, since in the game we cannot use words.
I'm going to start it of course and it just flows like a story.

Bayleen was lying down beneath a willow tree, lonely and sad.
((Someone please respond!))

Thanks for replying ^^))
Bayleen saw Safear, but didn't budge to go over and say hello. For she too was deep in thought and in pain. As she lie there growing within every minute close to her last heartbeat, she was thinking of the people she loved.
((Warning: I'm
Voice looked up at the sky, observing it. The bones could be clearly seen through her skin, sharp lines through an orange fabric. She lay next to a sleeping fawn, who had looked rather lonely. She stood suddenly. So much sorrow was in this forest that she could not stay with one deer for too long. Her gaze swept the earth by the pond, landing on a solitary blue doe.
"Ah, Bayleen..."
She murmured, then began to walk towards the doe.
((Tis ok ^^ I can write alot
Bayleen's head jerked up, even as she heard the soft, low murmur and looked at Voice as she got to her hooves with some work.
Ignoring her own pain as looked at Voice she asked, "How dost thou know thy name? Who art thou? What brings thee here on to this pond?"
((I'm not copying ur type of Shakespearian writing, but I just got the idea as I was doing Bayleen's blog to write her voice in Shakespearian since I really love that and we're reading one of his books, so I think it a very beautiful 'language' so-to-speak'. And for me, it seems that it suits Bayleen))
((xD! Good, someone who
The candles that lay in rows down her antlerless head and back with a combination of lit and non-lit. The doe smiled sadly.
"Dearest Bayleen, I know all about thee. One may say it is a sort of 'special gift' of the Gods so that I may complete my task. As for what brings me to the pond, it is thy sorrow."
((Ah. ^^ Voice has a strange way of speaking that's sorta ancient but not quite Shakespearean. That's cool; which one? I personally love Macbeth. ^^' I just find the old english hard to understand. x3))
swivleing her ears twards
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
((I see! OH and we're
Bayleen's ear lay flat against the sides of her head and she looked down at the water to see her reflection.
"Aye. Thou speakest correctly," Bayleen sighed as she lied down, wincing at the pain of her legs. "Oh me. Never so in woe have I been. Never have I been in most agonizing pain and sorrow...Thou say'st thee knows all of me, but dost thou see'st visions that the so-called Gods have given you to see through my very being to the core of my heart and mind?"
As Bayleen spoke, she did not even notice that Safear was listening in.
((Psh, I just guess. I know
Voice swiveled her ear to Safear, nodding her head to her politely.
"I cannot see into thy mind. I can only sense of thee thy personality and that emotion which you emanate so readily. Come now, speak to me. Tell me of this sorrow. Perhaps I may be able to alleviate some of this emotion." The doe's eyes held the same depth of sadness as the other doe's. Another candle upon her back seemed light very slightly, not yet burning but more smoldering.
((As a note, any deer's emotions become her emotions for the most part. So if your deer is sad, so is she.))
"such pain and devestation,
Digging her claws into the pond bottem she watched as a plume of silt rose and clouded the clear water.
Yet every day I feel the horrible, hollow wound that mars my heart, it is a feeling only experienced by those who have lost it all. Do not despair, fair Bayleen. There is always light at the end of the tunnel, for me it was the gain of trust and friends that sews the hole a bit, though it may never be repaired i have hope it will be. Im sure yours will too."
looking up she met her gaze.
"Fight until the end, never give up trying to strive for the things you wish."
snorting, she looked away.
"at least......at least you still have your world, where everything is fermiler and the same, I will never have my world again. But I am willing to make a new one."
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
(Ohhhh ok)) Bayleen looked
Bayleen looked at the two deer before her and now speaking to them both, she said, "Mine own pain and devestation has been going on for quiet some time. Me, being the foolish mortal I am, have fallen in love with a stag. But, him wanting the love of another stag over a does', he has doted on another of his own gender. The times that the one he truly loved wasn't there, when he was sick, I comforted him, lied by his side, which only made me love him all the more. But when I was injured badly, I didn't spend as much time as I wanted to. So, he chose the stag over me. I was lonely...sad. I despised the gods and cursed them for not letting me actually have something in my life. I wanted to die on that snowy day. And just before I was going to leap into the pond, I saw a sleeping fawn under a mellow willow tree. I did not jump off to my death, but maintained faith that I would soon get a mate and bear a fawn to care for. But obviously, mine own faith has easily faded. Now, methinks I'm getting what I hast deserved. But, even as I am whithering, I feel as if there is something in me. It could be a fawn, for sometimes I feel it moving inside me. I'm not quite sure if I really am going to die, or not."
"I do not see the light at the end of this tunnel, beautious Safear. For I can no longer fight no furthur hope of my wish. My world is crumbling right beneath mine own hooves," Bayleen said, specifically speaking to Safear but also Voice. Bayleen's purple flowers that hung from her antlers were staring to die, for their petals were beginning to turn brown and dry up.
Voice looked over at Safear,
"Ah, Safear. My dear, the Gods are indeed merciful, though I feel thy loss as though it were my own. Ye are brave for thy attempt to heal. Losing all is a pain that may never heal, though it may be replaced by joy, as ye have discovered. May ye always find a friend waiting for thee.
"For ye, Bayleen, listen to the words of Safear. There is hope yet. The past cannot be changed, nor can love. No, it is not something that can be deserved. Love can burn one, or it may warm one up. Yet, Bayleen, there is hope yet. Other stags surely, those who shall love thee, wait for thee. They have yet to discover thee.
"No, the past is brick, a block, something unable to be moved or chipped away at." She stood and walked off, returning with a muzzle full of purple flowers, fresh and new. She dropped them at Bayleen's hooves, the stems intertwining together.
"Yet there is always hope. There is always new life waiting for thee. Be not weighted down by they past. Know that there is a new life waiting for thee."
Bayleen closed her eyes and
Then she asked, "But how dost I look to the future when my head is in the past? How dost I get over it? What if I do not live?"
((As a note, after this,
"Ye must remember the past with fondness, yet ye must not let it take over thy life. The past is not thy whole life. Whether or not thy life is to be short, ye must always enjoy the time ye have. Looking to the past blinds ye to the present."
"thank you, Voice your words
smelling the newly picked flowers fresh on the breeze she turned once again to Bayleen.
"listen to the wise words of Voice for she speeks the truth. there is always something to hope for, no matter how bleak the world may be. And if it is true that you do carry new life within you wont you try to live for it if not yourself. Rev may have mattered to you very much, but he is not the only stag. Is it fair to deny others of the chance to make things better? Rev is happy, i think its time for you to be too.
Standing up she shook the water from her sleek body and came to stand near the two does.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Bayleen nodded again,
" I am simply glad to be of
She stood, sensing the shift in the mood from sorrow...to what seemed rather like hope. The flared on her back, the wick's top bursting into a tiny little flame. Another sorrow had been added to her collection, shining on the emaciated pelt. Yet she looked happy now as she bowed to the two does, ready to move on to those who needed her as well.
Bayleen smiled and bowed as
Then, Bayleen walked a little ways off and bent her neck down to much on a small patch of yellow blossoms.
"your guidence and advice is
Dipping her head to the do she now spoke to Bayleen
"i am glad you have found hope again, may it stay with you as long as you need it."
turning to take her leave she paused for a moment.
"oh, and Bayleen if you are to have a little one be sure to let me know."
smileing now she bowed to them both and dissapeared into the treeline.

"I shall tell thee. I bid
(A few weeks later) There
There Bayleen lay, cuddling close to her fawn, FleuraLune in the shadows of the temple in their little den-like area. Bayleen gazed down at her fawn, smiling serenely at how small and dainty she looked. Her gaze then lifted up to the sky turning a peaceful peachy color as the sun began to set on the horizon.
"Oh how peaceful the sky appears before night..," she whispered admiringly.
following Bayleen's sweet

FleuraLune gazed up at her
Bayleen snuggled closer to Fleur and said, "The sun that brings warmth to this place thee nests in has crept down, so we see no more of it. But in return, the bright luminescent moon rises into the sky to bring us the coolness of night. Now, sleeps thou here to rest."
comeing to a stop, Safear
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Bayleen's ears flicked to
(You know where Safear and Fleur were that one time I changed my account to Fleur and she led her to the ruins and lied down in that one area? Well, that's Bayleen and Fleur's "den" so they are there right now in the story thing. Just wanted to tell you that because I like to picture things happening in my mind ^^)
hearing the response and
(ah, okay.^^)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Bayleen could hear Safear
slowing to a trot she

Bayleen smiled warmly at her
"she is beautiful more

Bayleen nodded and
Then Bayleen looked down at Fleur than back at Safear, "Or maybe a newborn fawn. But they will never leave you."
"yes, i will always remember
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Bayleen was truly touched.
She looked back at Safear and chocked out these words to her, "Safear, I am afraid that my time on this earth will only last until tommorow. So please, I ask of thee, take care of Fleur while I am gone. Calm her when she has a cut on her dainty leg, comfort her when she is lying in the rain alone....encourage her when she feels that all hope is lost. And heal her when she has a broken heart. Although I would happily do so thine ownself, I cannot."
By this time, Bayleen was seething with tears that dropped to the ground as she spoke to her friend.
of couse fair Bayleen, I

(YEAH This is sooo sad By
Bayleen dipped her head slightly and then looked back at her. She gently pressed her forhead to Safears', pulling her leg from under her and lay it in front of her and said, "Vow it?"
(If u didn't get that, it's like putting your hand out to the other person and then the person would put their hand on top of yours. In this case, it symbolizes Safears' vow to watch over Fleur.)
(okay T.T) careful of her
careful of her claws, Safear crossed her leg over bayleen's. "I, Safear Vow to watch and care for Bayleen's fawn, Fleur. To nurture, love and be there when needed and to offer advice and guidence in tough times. To keep her from harm and to help her live her life to the fullest."
(okay, )
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Bayleen smiled softly and
"Well," Bayleen said as she looked up at the starlit night, "I shall go to sleep now and rest till the sun rises. You may stay with me and Fleur if you wish it be."
Removeing her own arm she
"of course i will stay, sleep well Bayleen." moveing a bit closer she shared her bodey heat with the pair. giveing a small sigh she scanned the horizon looking for signs of movement, but all was still.

Bayleen put lowered her head
Safear watched the gentle

(Next Morning?)
(yeah) ----------------------
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
(M'kay ^^) Bayleen awoke
Bayleen awoke the next morning to find the forest once again peaceful and bright. She yawned and looked over at Fleur who was still sleeping. Then she glanced over to Safear if she was still in her slumber also.
(wow its like 2:30 in the
the first thing she was aware of was the birdsong, sweet and clear in the morning air. slowly opening her eyes she glanced around to find an awake Bayleen and her sleeping fawn. "ah, good morning." she sighed as she streached her mucles.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Bayleen smiled and said,
As Fleur began to wake, she could faintly hear their voices, but that made her wake faster. With her eyes barely open yet, she got up and spread out her skiny fawn legs and yawned. Then she looked over at Safear and noticed how different she looked from most deer, but that didn't bother her. She liked how she looked.
Bayleen noticed that FleuraLune was looking at Safear, so she decided to introduce them to each other.
"Fleur, this is my good friend, Safear," she said.
"Hello! I'm Fleur. FleuraLune ^^," Fleur piped to her.
(DARN I g2g to bed :( I'll see u latr!!!)
Safear smiled at her. "And
(D: aww okay. Bye! *waves*)

Fleur smiled up at her
Bayleen grinned and then said, "What should we do today?"
Fleur shrugged. She was always fine with anything.
"has she seen the playground
It was a perfect place for young ones to run off some of their energy, safear herself even liked to romp around there sometimes.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Nay. Should we go there?"
"Let's go there! Let's go there!!!" Fleur cheered as she was sort of dancing with excitement, shifting from one leg to the other.
