Leris & Myvin Role Play(Private)

Sorry about this! May want some others to join with us sometime soon maybe? cx

(First of all, sorry if I'm a bit rusty, haven't done much roleplaying/writing for a bit) The thick forest only let in the occasional sun rays to hit the forest floor. The white plump of fur was usually seen under a warm open area here the rays would shine down on his back, heating him up. Today, Leris was sitting in the shadows. His mind whirling about the finding of his baby sister. It was still a shock to him. Had he really been in The Endless Forest this long? Either that or she arrived here way too early. Leris sighed and stood up, stretching his aching knees he looked around, wondering if she was anywhere near him at that moment.(So short ;-; Sorry)

A warm breeze flowed through

A warm breeze flowed through the forest, rustling the green leaves of the bushes nearby. Myvin breathed in deeply, feeling it move over her soft, light brown fur. She had only just arrived to the Endless Forest, and every sight and smell amazed her. It was a beautiful place, and there was so much to explore. As she took a few more steps, she saw movement in the corner of her eyes and she turned to find an older, white deer. It was Leris, her older brother. She was happy she found him, she was afraid she was getting lost... again. Curious to see where he was off to, she trotted over to him.

Leris clenched his eyes for

Leris clenched his eyes for merely a few seconds. Opening them, he gasped, appalled to see his little sister Myvin standing in front of him. "Wow.. It's you. Myvin, greetings." Leris's mouth was stuck open. Her looked her over quickly and shook out of it. Taking a simple bow, he kept his eyes on her. "So.. Tell me, how'd you get here? Have I been gone from the real world just that long? I wouldn't think I've been here for almost 11 weeks only now! But you were still so young when I left. What happened to parents?" Leris still had a worried look upon his fragile, human-like face. His auburn oculars glistened, even though no sun rays hit them.

Myvin quickly bowed, too,

Myvin quickly bowed, too, copying her brother. It must be a custom here. "Hello, brother." She smiled, hoping it would ease the concern shown upon his face. It was nice to seem his familiar self - or as familiar as he was going to be with a deer's body - healthy and strong, instead of the way it had been before he died. "I was sick..." Myvin looked off to the side, feeling slightly embarrassed as he kept his gaze on her. "Mother and father, the last time I saw them, were doing okay. I worry for them, though."

Leris's facial expression

Leris's facial expression lightened up. Her voice as still the same, it made him feel better for some reason. "Wow.. I'm sorry to hear that." He looked away from his sister slowly, feeling a sense of sadness run over him. "I doubt mom and dad are doing great now that both their children are deer.. well to them, dead. Well! On a happy note, welcome to The Endless Forest, dear Myvin." Leris looked at Myvin with a silly grin reaching across his face. The wind gusted from behind him, blowing his floppy and large ears around in funny positions. Leris giggled and just stared at Myvin with his goofy grin on.

Myvin beamed, highly amused

Myvin beamed, highly amused by her brother's antics. Oh how she had missed him... Only 11 weeks, he had said? It felt more like years. Her heart swelled as she remembered her last, bittersweet memories since that day. "Thank you, Leris!" She let out a small giggle, looking up at him with wide, bright eyes. "...The Endless Forest, right? It's beautiful! What is it like living here, brother?" The gaze of her deep brown orbs glanced around the area surrounding them. Was it really 'endless'? Was that possible? Her young mind felt like it could just barely grasp the definition of the word.

Leris smiled and closed his eyes. Opening his eyes again, he looked at Myvin. It was great to see someone who loved him again. "Yes, this is The Endless Forest. Indeed, it is gorgeous. For me it's fun to live here No one judges you like they do in schools, most of them are super friendly, we are all ourselves. There is a big diversity, but also not. It's a great place to live, Myvin, you'll love it." Leris sighed and looked up. The sudden movement of a raven startled him. He watched the large purplish-black bird fly away to another sky-scraping tree. He looked off into the distance, only listening to the trees and bushes and roars of other deer.

She nodded. She already liked the sound of that. "I think I wi--" Her ears pricked as she heard the faint movement of something moving above. When Leris' face showed panic for barely a second, she jumped. "--will." Looking in the new direction of his watchful gaze, she saw nothing that stood out to her. Did he see something she could not? She didn't hear anything too strange, either. There was the running of water, the roars of many deers like them, and other sounds of nature that created a mysterious, yet peaceful melody. "How far have you been through this forest?" she asked, closing her eyes for a brief moment. She was curious. She wanted to see more of her new home. It didn't matter if it was 'endless.' That only added to the mystery - fuel for her imagination. She tried to remember what she saw in forests back in the real world. Were they always as beautiful as this? She mused over it, though she couldn't recall feeling so aware of the life around her.

Leris kept his gaze on the horizon, studying the willow trees movement as they swayed along with the breeze, the pond was jumping with small fish and koi. "I've been through all of it." Leris stated, not making any eye-contact with Myvin. All new fawns had many questions and were confused about the forest and it's ways. /Myvin's lucky she's got me to help her. I didn't have anybody to, and it was hard/ Leris thought to himself. His auburn orbs looked back at the small fawn. She was probably missing home by now.

And he was right; she was

And he was right; she was missing home, feeling overwhelmed by the trees that grew taller than even the most impressive city buildings she was able to see when she was alive. Her brown eyes shimmered in the sunlight, like the fleeting reflections of the sun off cars or the glass on houses as you drove past. Here she was, in this huge forest, with very little knowledge on what to do next. She was a deer now. Like Leris had said, there really was no one to judge another here in this world. It was full of peace, wasn't it? The idea didn't soothe the growing lump in her throat. She never imagined this. Usually the parents would go before the children, wouldn't they? Now it was the other way around. The truth was starting to become clear and rather heavy - her parents probably wouldn't be joining them for a long while. Myvin frowned. "Leris..." She wanted to ask.. "Is there anyway to see mother and father again?"

Leris studied Myvin's

Leris studied Myvin's delicate face. He drooped his ears and slightly frowned. "I'm sorry Myvin.. but no. Mother and father might not even end up here when they are deceased so we must lies our lives like we are still living in the real world. The forest is a lot to get used to, but it's worth it." Leris explained. He stepped forwards slowly and rubbed Myvin's neck with his, something that as similar to a hug. He took a few steps back and looked back at Myvin. /Poor kid.. she's missing so much./ Leris smiled, hoping she would do the same.

Myvin looked at the ground

Myvin looked at the ground for a while, mulling over his words. Nodding softly, she raised her head again and gave a small smile. "I understand.." At least she had him. With someone like Leris by her side, she was sure she could find happiness in this place of rest. "I'm glad I'm finally here, brother. I hope you weren't too lonely by yourself." She lifted her ears, and tried smiling again. This time it looked like she was about to laugh.

Leris smiled. His heart ached

Leris smiled. His heart ached for the poor soul, she was so young.. Leris shook away the emotions. "Oh I was plenty lonely, maybe not anymore though." Leris grinned and looked beside them. There was a patch of purple flowers and about a dozen of yellow, beautiful butterflies. His auburn oculars glistened with joy as he watched them. Leris always had to find a way to let the inner-child out to play. He giggled ever so slightly as he watched the small insects play around in the flower patch.

Myvin looked over at the abundant quantity of purple flowers, catching onto her older brother's grin. She gently rammed her head at one of his front legs before running to the patch. Turning around to face him, she grinned herself. "What are you waiting for, brother?" she called teasingly.

Leris felt her small skull

Leris felt her small skull ram into his front legs. Taking a step backwards to gather himself again, Leris looked over at his little sister. He laughed and hopped into the patch of flowers after her. Leris bent over and put his antlers before him, doing a small shake with his head, gesturing Myvin to make the next move.

Myvin stood still awhile, trying to figure out if he meant what she was thinking he meant. She smiled again, bending over and pretending she had a rack of antlers herself. Then rushing forward, she managed to mostly hit his head, in which she tried to do as soft as she could. She didn't want to hurt her brother! Though hearing the quiet thunk, she giggled to herself and backed away, still keeping her head lowered. Her nose brushed against several of the flowers in the process, and she let out a sneeze. She shook her head, taking another step back and lifting her face a couple inches off the ground.

After a few moment Leris

After a few moment Leris finally felt a soft thump on his head. Leris laughed. Glancing up, he saw his small sister standing thee, hunched over with her head in a position about to headbutt again. Leris grinned and softly butter her with the softer part of his antlers, closest to his head. Leris stepped back and looked down below him at the purple flowers and the variety of butterflies fluttering around them. Leris giggled as his auburn oculars followed the butterflies. Being still for a few moment he felt something light land on his head. Going cross-eyed to see, he noticed a large yellow butterfly had landed upon his forehead. Slowly lifting his head up to see better, Leris watched the insect and it's beauty intently.
