Hello pals!! I missed Ikoll and tbh I hope you did too.
This is his bio, if you would like to learn a bit about him. I really, really want to get him re-acquainted with the forest, so I figured the easier way to do this would be what I did my first round in TEF and make an open roleplay. Anyways, here's a start!!

A light breeze blew through the thick birch forest. It rustled the loose bark and leaves of the tall, almost-eerie white trees. The grass at their feet even waved in a such a way oddly similar to the shore of the Pond. Rabbits and mice skittered about the brush, picking through seeds and morsels for something to eat. Birds hopped from rock to branch, from to and fro, to snatch up worms and bugs from the soft earth. Life was abundant in the birch haven. Though the afternoon wasn't particularly warm, the bright sunlight that pierced through the canopy of leaves created attractive heated spaces for any cold creature. In one of those patches lay one of the coldest creatures of all, Ikoll--or so he thought. "This sucks," he mumbled to himself. "At least in the homeworld I could wear socks or something." With a groan, he rolled himself onto his back and stared up at the clear sky through the opening in the treetops. He had just gotten back to the forest, but with so much different, he was almost too overwhelmed to go see it all--until the weather warmed up, of course. But, as the stag watched the branches rock back and forth, he found himself plagued by insufferable boredom and rolled back over and onto his feet. Time to explore the place he missed so much. With a renewed vigor, Ikoll trotted further along into the white forest, hoping to discover some new faces.

Of course, you can also use discord (Proud#1860) to have a more intimate rp with him or any of my deer--I don't bite. I can make this group or just reply to individuals, whatever.
A new face he'd not find, but
Though for all the forays she made into the birch forest, she never expected to bump into Ikoll- which is exactly what she did. With her head down beneath the grasses as she searched the ground for something, her feathers were hidden from view. And with Ikoll being downwind, she hadn't scented him before they came upon each other- though it'd been so long since they'd seen each other, the buck was but a faint and fond memory.
Her head was to the ground as she sought the scent trails of rabbits, hoping to hunt some to bring back to Medusa and the rest of the family. And so engrossed in this task was she that she didn't notice her old friend trotting by until she ran into his side. Uttering an 'oof!' in surprise, she jerked her head up, ears flicking toward the stranger as she tried to reorient herself. "Sorry!" She said, her feathers a little ruffled in embarrassment. "Didn't mean to knock into you."
So engrossed in his trotting
At being berated by the
Her mind was going a little too fast for her to keep up. If she'd only taken a moment to relax, the voice would have become clear to the doe, but with the tense air right now she'd need to hear his name for the connections to click.
The Farmboy was taken aback
when didn't he do something inappropriate for a situation?), he chuckled. Why was she being so threatened by him? After spending the last four years in his home country surrounded by his momma bear of asister and absolute heroinsert eyerollof a brother, he would've killed to see his closest companion again. But, apparently, those feelings weren't mutual. Perhaps he'd come off too strong, a problem this wild extrovert had faced in the past. "Look," he explained, "I'm not upset, Cydae. Ya don't have to apologize to me."The doe blinked, apparentally
feel like reviving this? ^u^
(I do!!) Pain. Like he
Pain. Like he hadn't felt in years. His golden eyes watched her feathers wilt, and with them his heart sank. Ikoll felt his own betrayal strike him. He had left without a word. Without a note. Nothing. Like a spectre, he'd disappeared without a trace. There was not a single afterthought in his mind to notify Cydae that he had left. For five years he was gone, playing family games back home--watching his sisters kid, being his his brother's wedding, caring for his ill father. All those years and not once had he ever thought: "Maybe I should've told her where I went." What if she spent a long time mourning the death he really didn't have? Or spent nights cold and alone without him? No, that was selfish thinking. She had a family of her own now. At least she turned out fine without him. He was happy knowing that. "Cydae" he sighed. "Cydae, I'm so sorry. I never told you. I-I... I left and I never said goodbye."
