I don't say much here anymore, or Forest, because school ate me. >.<
You air sit by flying (running and coninuously jumping), then pressing escape, then either Dance or Listen on hotkey. You can then quit the menu and emote, but can't move. If you sit down and stand up, you fall down. If you sit, and don't want to fall, use Dance or Listen hotkey again.
