You mean a pictograph? That's what identifies each deer, and makes them different! (: You have to be a registered player, to have a pictogram, but keep in mind that you'll have to be a fawn for a month, before adulthood. When you're an adult, you can keep sets, like pelts, masks, antlers and such.
Go here to get registered. When you do, an activation email will be sent to the email that you provide. Click on that, and then you can log onto your account in the game.
Have you logged in? To do so, hit Esc to bring up the menu, click on Network, and you'll see boxes for your username and password. When you log in, you'll be a fawn. Your fawn will grow up a month after you registered.
