Okay sorry if the title sounds demanding but I srsly need help here, My friend and I are doing a secret Santa this year. I am going to draw one of her final fantasy occs as a deer but I have no clue how I actually want this to look like, help and suggestions would be lovely as you guys know I am noob but it's a nice thing I wanna do for her. (I know I have other peoples requests to draw but at the moment I wanna get this done.)

Cool character! I'm guessing
How tall are they in comparison to their companions? How muscular are they? These are questions I like to ask myself when I'm translating a character to a deer body, specifically in regards to what kind of deer species to choose! This character looks muscular, so I'd start looking at elk and their subspecies for a good fit.

How about keeping the characters accessories (necklaces, earnings, an' whatever else they have) on while they're a deer, as well as their markings.
Also, you could give their deer form a feline feel to it by giving it a cat tail or maybe some paws on ether the front or back legs?
