I was just spending time away from the forest, discovering new places. It's an old habit." She explained her with a soft voice. "Nat, has something happened? Something I should know about?"
Nat-Nat slightly nowed, before sighing. I'm taking much of distance towards my adoptive brother and my best friend to... Protect them. So... You shouldn't know why I do this. I don't want you to be in danger. Not you too. she ended, a sad expression coming up to her face. She layed her ears on her neck, the tail between her backlegs. A sign of her culpability.
She took a deep breath. "Look, darling. I am willing to protect you at all costs but there is a problem. How can I protect you from something I dont know about?" She paused and gave a gentle kiss to her forehead. "You're brave, I know you are. You don't have to be brave all alone. Let me be there for you." Her voice was soft as she spoke and locked her eyes to hers.
