Hey, Anzel Lonedeer here! So...I mentioned before (in an 'about me' thing) that one of my hobbies is sketching. I call it doodling, but I sketch. Anyways...Global II bored me today, so I was doodling, and...I started to sketch a deer antler set...then ended up making a mask. I got home, darkened the lines, sketched out the pelt and body (i have difficulties with bodies right now), and darkened that a bit.
I taught myself how to sketch, and I'm 16, so please don't make mean comments on my proportions, shading, or the lack of color please
1. I taught myself how to draw, I can't get everything right just yet.
2. I sketch as a hobby, so I don't want a career at it, that'd take the fun out of sketching.
3. I hate coloring. It RUINS everything I sketch, absolutely RUINS it. If you want to try and color my picture, go on ahead.
I'd imagine the pelt would be a dark sienna-red, fading into a pale beige-sienna. The white areas would be white, the black areas would be a deep slate blue, like storm clouds. The mask would be light grey, and the horns would be white. The ribbon holding the mask in place is a dark slate blue. The marking under the eye would either be a dark red, or a dark gold. With the antlers, the mask and it kinda blend together. Without the antlers, the mask kinda ends the way it ends at the two spots below the antlers. The large 2-pronged, swept-back horns are actually part of the mask. The 3rd bottom prong is actually the ear. The face and ears of the colored deer would be white, so it would blend with the antlers.
I'm not sure if the name fits or not, I just couldn't think of a good name.
The antlers are fun to draw, I think I drew about 5 of those antlers on a seperate paper >:3
By the way, its head seems 2d compared to the rest of it because its antlers line up perfectly with one another due to the position of the deer's head, so you can't see them. If I had tried to draw them, I'd need a REALLY sharp pencil and alot of patience...and I HATE erasing things I already perfected <<; *pokes antlers*
EDIT: I keep saying 'horns'. I must get out of that habit!!!
