Is there such a thing as alone?

"I'm lonely" whispered little fawn whispered sadly to the Great Tree.
Wind seemed to burst stronger suddenly. Leaves and grass rustled violently. Ground trembled to the rhythm of the entrancing melody. A faceless, ageless voice seem to speak from space beyond perception.

"lonely? lonely? look around you, little one. The grass. The trees. The critters/ They are with you. How can you even dare say you;re lonely? lonely can be humans who indulge their weakness and do not let themselves grow stronger. You, we, nature..we are not lonely. This world is full of spirits and creatures...just listen to them,. You cannot ever be lonely or alone" .

Prancing Dawn Deer...

Well then dear deers I guess it's time for Dawndancer and me to share a yarn with thee.
Patient be please whike I work out the mysteries of coding for a change of atmosphere...

Dawndancer likes dancing at the break of day, and running and standing on his two hind legs.
Cheerful he is and oft makes a blunder or two but mayhap when given a chance his loyalty may come clear.
No troubles at all burden his mind but where to go who to meet what to see and how to help if need be
He tries to know his place in society- when feels not wanted retreat instantly he will.
He's shy around other for the reasons above - does not like to dosappoin faith placed in him, by others.
And yet he is strong , open but reserved - to keep a healthy distance
His parents- unknown, the first thing he knew was when he woke up in Endless Forest by the pond.
Maybe one day he'll find his own herd but for the time being he dances and whirls on the green plains, among ligth golden shafts, amidst flowers and shrubs and places of mystery.

His favourite spot is the Twin Gods statue - he likes to give praise to the Creator Gods. Other than that bhy the ruins he may be found gazing on the mysterious snow (?)

His most valued value is good nature, patience and loyalty.
His worst weakness- sometimes he's lazy, sometimess impulsuve, ddoes things on a whim he may regret, socially awkward a little too much.

More to come later on his adventures maybe parentage too.
For now dear listernes who bear with me thus far - let me say thanks and
retreat with a silent nozzle and a bow of respect.

Twin Deer??? Deer with a similar Picto (Is that even possible?)

I was hopping round the forest, I met this merry group of deer having fun around one of the mushrooms. One of them had a picto just like mine. Well - it was a pleasure to meet you, whoever you are!

I'm guessing because I was inactive for a year my picto got thrown into the pool again and now there are deed qwith same or very similar picto. But that's a nice feeling. Dawnstrider would be delighted to to meet you again. If you are a real deer, of course.

And thanks for the new face!, one of you I was faceless until now and am yet to learn magic from magic things. And I'm not sure yet how it works when I tried to give florwers to a Fawn yesterdsay, I ended up discarding them altogether.

I met this Fawn today..

Met this cute Fawn in the area near the pond among all the magical mushrooms... who spread golden light - I have no idea what that is but was magic. I wanted to give you flowers from my antlers but ended up discarding them... I am basically new though registered over a year ago and am yet again reading through the manuals and actions. Haven't assigned hotkeys yet..still. So thank you for the lovely company and for the magic!

Please note - I am experimenting with CSS right now. I'll be changing some of these colours into baxkgrounds later.

A beautiful game, one of several on the site - mellow music, beautiful, good-natured graphics. A recommended site to see.

2) Flamepainter- online drawing appation that is quite cool and you can create some pretty nifty backgrounds with it.

A day in life: He wandered...

William Wordsworth's beautiful Daffodils slightly deformed to tell a story from Dawndancer's perspective.
Basically because I haven't seen a single other deer on the game..the client has been flashing yellow/orange and green - is that Vista's problem or connection problem as in ISP problem?

Not yet a stag, not more a fawn
He wandered lonely as a cloud
That floats on high, benath our heads
And then at once he saw a crowd..
A host, of puprle hiancyths near
Beside the lake, beneath the trees
Fluttering and dancing in the breeze.

He took them up in antlers high
And went on dancing in the fields
Spinning and whirling, ahead
he went until he reached a fountain fair.

Upon a sip... poof no more was he
Instead a frog, a rabbit and a dove he sees
Well well, thinks he, how nice of Thee
to join me as my merry company.

Ten thousand saw he at a glance
Tossing their heads in sprightly dance!
The green waves beside them dance with them
But they...outdid the murmuring waves in glee
A stagling could not more be gay
In such a happy gathering.

He gazed-and gazed- but little thought
what wealth to him the show hath brought.

And now, when by the pond he finally rests
In vacant, lazy, thoughtful mood
They flash upon that inward eye
Which is the bliss of solitude
And then his heart with pleasure fills
And dances with hiancyths and poppies dear.

Has been a while..Edit: Still no. Connect doesn't seem to work? Edit 2: Yay. It worked! It was IE offline. Thank you for help!

I registered a year ago but my laptop was running slow so I had to quit. In the meantime..the laptop fell off the desk...how convenoent huh...so I was forced to invest in a new one. And finally I took the trip back to this beautiful and peacful environment.

I salute any stumblers to this message and salute all deer.

I'm trying to find a way to log back into the client.. since it's giving me some problems as the connect doesn't seem to work or maybe I have forgotten that it's best to log on to the site first before the client. I forgot which and still cannot log on" nor "connect.

Edit: Connect is set on auto connect and the manual connect doesn't appear to click. If someone does read it, could I ask for some help? I apologize for any inconveniece but I seem to have lost my grasp on how to get into as a logged on deer. I'm currently searching through FAQs and instructions on this site.

It was IE offline and my mess up settings for always dialing connection. It works now. Thanks!

A fawn's first steps

From the darkness you slowly come around to the light, as if a voice was calling you to stand up and do something. The proces is slow. First, you open one eye, then another. You lie for a few more minutes, recalling where you are and how you got there, shaking of the remains of drowsiness that still threaten to take you over. Finally, the freshness and pure beauty of your surroundings strikes you with full force and you feel completely resored, energized, ready and more than willing to explore.
First, though, you put up your ears and listen carefully for any sings of life around you. There is none, within your hearing range at least. Thus, you find yourself alone. Alone in a big forest.
You relax. As a newly born faw, this a good occasion to practice all the necessary moves.
You roll with laighter, cower in fear, hang your pretty head in sadness all one after another. f other deer saw you they might think you;re crazy, little one. Thus, you practice secretly, when no one sees you, to be ready for deer-to-deer interaction when it is possible. And not offend anyone.
You hear the birds and the forest whispering something about dancing and then some creatures mentioning it along words such as fight and afraid. You're curious but right now you cannot try this option. It seems it is only avilable when others are present.

You quit wondering about imposible actions and instead carefully look around. You learn to run and run forwards towards wherever your road may take you. You still apear to have problems stopping though and as you try to stop at one point, you find yourself..sliding?

Dawndancer shouts a word of greeting.

Greetings to all, my name is Dawndancer
I have no art to show nor skill to self-portray
Thus must settle for these few clumsy words
To reveal who I am.

I was born to be wild-who isn't, you say?
A strong, independent deer running free.
Appear as a loner the first time we meet,
am a fellow quite mellow once you get to know me a bit.

I'm head-strong but kind
Balance and peace are what I seek in life.

To run with the wind is what I find divine
Travelling to all new places as day passes by
makes for a worthwile way to spend the time.

In esteem I hold great the Elders I see
And respect towards fellow deer
running and grazing I feel.

Hopefully, then, when we shall meet
In the depths of the Forest, among trees or clearings fair
A meeting corteous and fun it shall be.

Look forward I do to be running along with you!

Warm regards to all who come by this humble abode of mine.
