Sorry, I am a noob at CSS... I'm using a template and just messing with color's at the moment.... hope you all don't mind

I was wondering what people are using to create their wonderfully awesome bio pages. I'm guessing HTML, but did they use templates, or go from scratch? I really want to create my own if possible, so if someone could give me input that would be awesome!

Rilea is a doe, and is just recently a full grown deer! She is kind and fun loving, and can be a little strange. (But that's what I love about her ) She loves trying to make new friends, and if one deer doesn't work out, she tries again. Btw this is my Picto.

Relations:
Rou- One of her new friends in the forest. She met her through being with Farron.
Farron- See's him as a big brother and protector. She see's herself as his protector if needed.
