This is the largest picture I've ever drawn on the computer x.x But it was SOOO worth it and I'm SOOO happy with the result 8D
This is for "Daddy" Dag, as Apparanza likes to call him, since he's pretty much the father she never had. And she's known him since her first day in-Forest C:
Losing him would be like losing a dad. And she absolutely will NOT let that happen @.@ She and Oseaan {Dag's mate, in case you weren't aware} stayed together during the very intense event last night, which made me cry
{I'M SUCH A BABY Dx} because since Dag's like the father Ranza never had, Oseaan is like the mother she never had. So I thought about a family losing the father and that he was fighting for his life and all those deer were uniting for the common goal to bring him home and it just affected me so much ;A;
I hope you all like this - I really put everything into it~

@Saffie: Ffffffff thank yoouuu ;A; I thought the glowing effect would make him seem more... I don't know. Ghostly, almost? xD I wanted to make Dag's background blue like that to sort of signify water, since that's what Spring is in the form of/wolf. And I didn't know what to put for Ranza's background, so I left it black like she was in a mental void of darkness due to her immense worry, sadness, and anger towards the Spring Spirit. I love drawing eyes - they show so much emotion.

I can't stop looking at it especially the tears from Ranza, it just adds this whole emotional air to it, and I love the poses and colors <3

I debated whether or not to have her crying, because I didn't want her to look like a complete wimp, but then I thought... if she wasn't crying, she'd look like an uncaring freak. So I kept them xD The poses - I wanted Dag to be sort of floating as if he was underwater, and have his fur all floaty too. For Ranza, I wanted her to look a little aghast but not look like she'd run away or something xD
The colors {jeez I'm rambling now} I know I wanted blue for Dag because of the water, and ksfhkslfhklsd Ranza is in an empty void and SHE WILL LIKE IT @.@
8D<333 It's truuee~ Hm, so since we call Iaurdagnire "Daddy Dag," Oseaan is now officially "Mommy Oseaan." Or Mama Oseaan. Or how about Mother Oseaan, like Mother Nature 8O OKAY so now she's officially "Mother Oseaan" 8D

Holy shit this is gorgeous...
I know this may seem weird but the way you did the fur and eye for the deer on the left is how I view Ravyn's to be like. It's like you drew it on accident which is even weirder because I have the WORST trouble just trying to create her...
In the smaller view, because you can see less detail, it looks like the fur is made of a dark, black, endless flame. I kind of see Ravyn to be like this sometimes.
I REALLY love the way you did Ranza. She looks so lovely and small.
The backround though is what blows me away...
