CSS Help?

Okay, asking for help because I can't seem to figure it out on my own.

What I wanted to do was have three div boxes, one centered, one above and to the left of the centered one and one below and to the right of the centered one. So it'd be sort of diagonal. What I got stuck with was trying to get the divs to move all the way to the right or to the left. No matter what I did, they just stayed centered, and I've sort of run into a dead end with figuring it out.

Is there a trick to getting the div boxes to move to the left or right?

Oh, they were going to be tabbed too, which I can make, but I wanted the tab links to be right(for the left one) top(for the centered one) and left(for the right one). But I wanted them directly beside the div box without noticeable space between them. I think it's possible, I just don't know the trick to do that either.

Does any of this make sense, or do it sound like mush?

I appreciate any help you have to offer. And I can try to make it clearer if it doesn't make any sense to you.

I have absolutely no idea how

I have absolutely no idea how to do anything but change colors. /dies

but this might help :3

I think i know what you mean.

I think i know what you mean. The code i use to do my boxes how i like is this. and i just change the Float to left right or no float, then change width and height to how ever i feel.

I usually get my boxes like This By making them all float left and then adjusting the size.

Dunno if this helps or not ;;.

Thank you for that, I'll take a look there if I get any new problems. I really need to bookmark that.

Viral: when I get back on my comp I'm going to try making them float. I was close to figuring that out, I just couldn't remember the code. Thank you!
