I really like this guy. I think I'll name him Tyrannus Vayne. I wanted him to be dark, mechanical breathing, mask melted onto his face, menacing voice.

BUT IN ALL SERIOUSNESS if you wanted to up the menacing creepy factor you could incorperate said accidental not-face into the back of the mask so they're also menacing when seen from behind?
I think you should incorperate the backface/backmask thing in a way, it would look super badass and even more menacing
