Hello again! I'm a bit dissapointed in myself about how long this one took, I had so many projects going on I had a hard time focussing on anything. So now I'm going on a little commission break to catch up and get stuff done But Brook is done! He is Keepiru's awesome character, and I was really excited to sculpt his face! He has resin eyes, which is a new thing I'm trying out. They work really well for this guy.


He is of course far bigger than I had planned him to be. About 50cm/19.5 inches from hoof to hoof stretched out. But he's not very heavy, got to sculpt his head really light so he needed only a little weight in his belly. He might've not needed weight at all, but I personally think it kinds of adds some realism to them.


So his eyes are resin, with the pupil painted on the back. Which means his eyes follow you from every direction. It's really cool, but also creepy when you're changing in the morning.


This doll just really sort of works with him. So I made some photos of them together. Why not, right? Also lantern off to the side! It has a chain so it can be hung.


This kind of picture is really fun to take with Brook, hehe.
