I'm going to make stories for a month now, because it took one month for her to be a full grown Doe.
First day:
She had already met Mustang and Reply. Now she wanted to explore the Forest. She saw butterflies, cute flowers and other deer. She loved how the Does looked, and everytime she saw an adult Doe, she couldn't wait until it was her turn to have Doe-day. Other things she liked really much was the flowers. At once she saw them, she had to put them on her head.
Joker was a shy little fawn. She did never know her parents, and didn't have any real friends. She was sad and didn't know what to do. She couldn't find the way home, and was afraid to not see her brothers ever again. She walked back slowly and crashed in a tree. She wasn't used to the Forest yet. She tried to stand up again and maybe look after some water. After ca. 30 minutes, she saw a beautiful Pond. She ran to it and drank as much water as she could. A shadow came walking slowly toward her. She couldn't do anything - if she walked backwards she couldn't know if she would fall into the Pond and drown. Joker was scared and the shadow continued. She reared and thought the shadow would be scared and walk away, but it stayed there. Then the sun shined in the shadow's face and Joker knew who it was. It was the Stag who helped her when she couldn't walk! Maybe he knew her and tried to make contact with her. Joker nuzzled him, but the Stag didn't seem to like that. Joker walked back slowly and showed that she was so alone. The Stag walked away from her, but he missed something! He missed his nuzzles, because he gave them to Joker. Joker was happy and ran after the Stag, who could be her dad. He turned and looked at her. Suddenly he smiled, like a nice Stag, not an evil one. He showed Joker the Forest, but Joker had to ask something. She wasn't sure but.. - are you my dad?.. She was shy and just made it come out from her mouth. - I .. don't know.. but I remember you. do you remember me? He said. Joker said yes and asked more questions. - ... do you know who my mom is? She just had to ask, since he was there when Joker saw the Doe she taught was her mom. - i know everybody here. what's your name? The Stag was very nice, but still Joker thaught it was something wrong with him. - M-my name is Joker.. What's yours? He said his name was Odin. - I know who your mother was.. is! Joker knew something bad would happen know. Odin said 'was'! Was Joker's mom dead? Many thaughts were running into her head at that point. She alost didn't hear what Odin said. - Her name..is..Magdalena. Odin looked at the sky. Joker tried to see what he was looking at, but she got a raindrop in her eye. She screamed and thaught it would kill her, while Odin was watching. - Calm down! It's just rain. Don't tell me you don't know what rain is? Joker watched the ground and said no. Odin learned her more about the Forest. It took maybe 6 hours to learn her, but she was now much smarter than before he started teaching her. Joker mentioned that she couldn't find the way home, and she couldn't listen or smell very well. Odin tried to find the way to her home and it worked very well.
Joker was finally home in the Oak tree. Reply was worried about her, he said, but Mustang didn't really care. He was just sleeping. Well, it was night now, so that wasn't a problem. The problem was that Joker couldn't sleep. She were all thinking about 'was'. After much thinking, she finaly falled in sleep..
Second day:
Joker woke up by hearing some weird sounds. Something was happening out there. She walked outside and heard the sounds. What was that? It sounded like someone drowning. She listened carefully and found out that the sounds came from the Pond. When she was there, she saw fawns trying to swim, but it did either look like they were going to drown. Joker had to find help. She couldn't swim at all, and was afraid of the deep water. Some other deer came and Joker told them what happened. They didn't seem to care, so she ran to the water and looked at the fawns. They needed help, but no one did care, but her. So she had to help, but how? She couldn't swim and the fawns were almost drowning. - Right now, I should wish I was a big, beautiful Doe! She thought. But the wish didn't come true. She had to wait one month! When Joker thought of the word 'Doe', she started thinking about her mother. Was she still alive? Suddenly, Joker falled down. Much later, she woke up. Odin had found her. She was home with him and he took care of her. Odin gave her some fresh grass and good water. Joker still wondered if he was her dad. If he wasn't why did he care so much of her? Joker asked if Odin knew who her father was. Odin stood still. He didn't answer after four minutes. - I don't know, my dear. He said. Why did he say "my dear"? He were hiding something for her. Joker needed to know what. - What are you hiding, Odin? She asked. Odin said that he meaned it. He didn't know who it was. Joe didn't belive him and walked outside with tears falling down from her eyes. Odin followed her. - But I think I know who it is. He said 'is'! Did that mean that her father was still alive? She turned happy and ran away. She didn't know who her father was, but now she knew that he was still alive. She had a father in this Forest and had to find out who he was! Was he in this Forest often? Maybe he ran out of the Forest and never came back, but is still alive.. But if that's true, how could Odin know if he was still alive?.. Joker stopped running and begun to cry again, thinking of her parents. She turned and ran to Odin's home, but he was gone. She saw something on the floor. It was a screenie.. of two deer and a fawn. - That fawn.. That fawn is me! She said out loudly. She took the screenie and ran out of Odin's Oak tree. He knew Joker's parents and he had something to hide. Joker crashed in Odin and missed the screenie. It flied in the air and was gone. Odin looked angry. - What did you do! That was my last picture of them! He screamed at her. Joker cried and said that was her parents. Odin smiled, and followed her in Odin's Oak. He said she had to stay there, while he tried to find the screenie. When he was gone, she started looking for more stuff from her parents. But the only thing she found was a letter. It said:
Dear Odin.
Thank you for your kindness. I'm glad you are here.
Please take care of my fawn when me and her father is gone.
She looks like the other fawns, but the smell, she got from us.
If you find a fawn who smells like us, it's her.
We're calling her Joker, because she's a Joker. She's very playful,
so she may need to go out and play with other fawns.
Thanks again, and good bye.
Many nuzzles from Magdalena and Ben.
PS. don't let her eat mushrooms!
Mushrooms makes her sick.
Joker got tears in her eyes again. - I'm not playful! I don't like to play. I want to be a full grown Doe! She was angry, and put the letter where it was before she started reading it. What she didn't know was, that Odin was standing right behind her all the time. He screamed at her and made her cry again. He was very mad and were thinking of holding Joker in the Oak for a long time, to show her that she did something bad. - You shall never read other's letters! He said it loud, and looked at her. - Do you understand? He wasn't that angry anymore, but Joker was still scared. She didn't like him anymore. Actually she never did. It was dark outside, so Joker didn't run. She had to calm down, and think that tomorrow was a better day..
