We managed to get the real-time map of the Forest working again. It had been broken since our move to the new server. Please let us know if you notice any problems.
I use Google Chrome - when I click a pictogram on the live map, it sends me to the user's page but I get logged out and can't see the page because it says 'access denied'.
However it's possible to find them through the 'search' by taking their username from the URL.
It might be considered a glitch, but I'm not sure. But whenever I try to log into my account via in the forest, it won't allow me to log in with a username such as mine with a period at the end of it. Just wanted to let you know that this issue has been happening with myself and I know for a few other players as well.

Usernames should not contain punctuation marks. If you send a message to reception at tale-of-tales.com, explaining the problem and including your account info, we can change your username so it becomes usable.

Please keep up the outstanding work and all the best for the future. only one weeny problem i use expolorer and alll the pictos are moving (miuns one or two) i think they are the gen 3 ones moving? my laptop cant take fire fox due to it's restricted memory size (very old ) Do you know of any other way to view the map or will i have to wait for a new machine??
The only problems I had was that the map showed my deer with another pictogram and when I clicked on it it took me to another person's account too. I checked the whole map for my deer's pictogram but I wasn't mistaken. Oddest bit is, my deer has a gen 1 pictogram, and the deer that it was glitched with on the map has a gen 2. @_@?
It's fixed now, but it took a few hours to fix.

OMFG YAYSES now I can see who's in-Forest without trying to get on the server! Y'know, cuz I need to replace my modem chip before I can even think about getting on!

Have you confirmed your registration? You should have gotten an Email with a confirmation link after you created your login name. If you have not confirmed it, do so. If you have, do you have any special characters in your password (such as a letter with an accent mark)?

Those are usually made by either the user or another member. Go to your "My account" link on the left and on your user page click "edit" and find the section for your signature.
Hi michael. Sorry to bother you but, My launcher gets into the game but isnt connecting. Theres nothing wrong with the firewall or my internet connection as its all working. It was working before but now it is playing up.. it says 'loading news..' and stays like it and its always on the red. Please help if you could!
