Okay so, I have this issue where my game only succeeds around 5-10 fps online, a fps that I've never had before on this laptop. This started around a week and a half ago, when I returned from another state using different WiFi, (even then this never happened.) Even during the Rut, when there was almost 90 people online, this never happened to me either, my fps usually stayed around 12-16.

My laptop is a Dell Inspiron 17R, with an Intel Core i5 processor, and it's very new, (I bought it in late June.) I downloaded MZ Game Accelerator, hoping that would help my frame rate, and it returned it to normal, but only for a few hours. Sometimes, it goes up around 10-11 fps, but then it suddenly decreases to 5-7. I'm almost positive it's not Velocity (because currently he's not connected,) but I could be wrong. This issue is really starting to frustrate me, and if anyone has any tips or solutions to the problem, it'd gladly be appreciated.

Should I Uninstall, and then Reinstall Tef? Or are there other solutions, so I don't have to install it again?
Like I said, any possible help is appreciated! :>.

Edit: Also forgot to mention I'm using Windows 8.1, since I'm afraid Tef will be even slower on Windows 10.

Most of my characters do not have much interaction and I've had the itch to add some action to any of my characters bios. (Except the inactive ones of course) Any type of in-forest/outside of forest interaction is welcomed and encourage, I appreciate negative, positive, neutral, ect. (Roleplays can be started in any of my character's bios.) Please know that I only have one OOC! All of my other characters are IC and do not match my actions nor ever will! Going through tough times with my grandmother dying just yesterday, I was totally fine handling my depression but now it's getting out of hand with this uncalled for situation. I thought I'd share this poem, it's very meaningful to me and hopefully to others <3.

Sniffing; Unsure, smelling for evil/gathering scent. Lowering head; Scared or shy. Lowering antlers; Hissing, growling, giving a warning to get away before attack. Raising on hind legs; Attacking, slashing claws, biting, ect. Bowing + Lowering head; respects, and gives you her (my) trust. Cowering; Very fearful, may become aggressive/hostile.
