February 17th, 2021
Yesterday got into a bit of a fight with a creature ('Harvestman' idk his name im SORRY SHAKRA) with Ragnara after being targeted. Felt electric during the whole ordeal but ultimately relieved when the creature fell. But ended up in a scuffle with Brent almost immediately after who was already in one with Umay nearby. Felt a surge of a lot of pent up energy and suppressed aggression which she gladly released on the male for a short bit until pulling off, highly aware of both her mothers' presence.

Eventually settled with Ragnara and joined by Taveer. Felt a lot of tension gone but knows she'll pay for it later.

November 15th, 2020

Lots of things happening over the last few months, between work and friends (visiting Ingolfr's home finally!! Spending time with Taveer!!), finds the forest a bit lacking but does bring herself to visit when she can to check on Aleta and others that she cares for. Usually found reading a book or looking over notes whenever she finds herself a quiet moment in the woods.

Last night attempted to intervene with a fight that, to her, appeared somewhat one sided between a familiar Ross and a stranger (Asbjørn). While she found the latter curious, her building anger was very quick to consume her which did shift to rage when she felt ignore by the hulking male. Still, glad her involvement soon brought reinforcements (Yasu and Stria) with a supportive Set close by. Eventually the fight settled and the assailant retreated, returned to her place with Yasu after a quick check up on Ross and Stria. Although tried to be bright and cheerful afterward, felt a simmering anger that not even sleep could clear.

September 19, 2020

Enjoyed her time with the event, somewhat disappointed that it fizzled out so quickly but ultimately doesn't really care too much considering some plans that have been recently made among other things that will likely eat up much of her time.

Invited Taveer to her home the other night, mainly to check in on some things and make sure he was all right. Talked and enjoyed his company, thrilled by one thing he offered during their time together and very excited for it.

Did end the last day with a few friendly familiar faces (Harin, Ross, Leto, Mischief and Peril). Cheered on a spar between Leto and Harin, easily impressed by both and very enthusiastically accepted a spar from Harin afterward. Very much enjoyed herself and eventually settled in a little gathering with them all. Watched another spar between Ross and Harin which she excitedly watched until the troll collapsed and everyone kind of gathered around him with all the concern. Extremely relieved when he finally stirred after some discussion between Leto and Ross. Settled back into the glade and quietly watched through most of it until things began to lighten. Later was joined by Yasu and a fawn (Inaria)!

Was invited back to Leto's home along with a few of the others from earlier and happily accepted it, also wanted to make sure Harin would be okay but also very curious about their home.

Enamored by everything she saw in Leto's shop and equally intrigued by his, Harin and Mischief's forms in this realm. Had a million questions and it really took a lot of self restraint not to touch everything. Was offered a try at smoking by Harin which she Really Did Not Like but always eager to try new things and didn't turn down the chance to try something called pipeweed later on. Overall Leto was a perfect host, making dinner and a cozy place to rest and providing some pleasant conversation.

In the early hours, after giving her good byes, returned home. Feeling the best she's felt in a while!

April 5th, 2020

Elated by her sister's return! Incredibly happy to see Aleta again and know that she's all right, alive and in mostly good health. Hopes to share some stories with once the girl gets settled and has some days to relax. All in all, feeling like things are 'looking up' but not without a measure of caution. Enjoying the happiness while it lasts.

Stuff n things to come but for now:

Was visited during the evening by a pair of strangers, introduced as 'Hart' and 'Red'. Blown away by their kindness, was wrapped in a blanket and then later on given a water proof cloak that she's now snug as a bug in. BLESSED. Hopes to return the favor some day.

Few nights later was visted by Ingolfr. Was given a gift! Gave some sweet words in return though definitely knew it wasn't enough. Why are people being so nice to me?? except niklaus :knife:

February 1st, 2020

Wandered in, totally oblivious to any happenings to her poor parents, so just entered the forest pretty fine and chill. Was eventually joined by Rica, glad to see the feline again but even more glad when the younger girl presented the items Neli had 'bought' some time ago. Exhilirated as she eyed the objects, already eager to test them out as well as some other ideas she had in mind for the extras. Exchanged words and warm thank you's with the feline, ever grateful for her timely delivery. Offered a spot on her upcoming trip and very pleased at Rica's interest - knows it's not for a week or two but glad to give her the opportunity. Still, knows she owes her the other half of the agreed payment and is further encouraged to gather that soon.

Parted ways with the cat soon after and just sort of sat in awe and excitement at her new trinkets. Was going to wait but grew too impatient so left home to find a specific place to take them.

Returned later that evening, a little bounce to her step at what she had set up and excited for her trinkets to be completed and returned. Immediately found Veer and with her cheerful mood couldn't even bother feeling guilty for forcing her way back into his company once again.

January 24th, 2020
Recently left Atis for an assignment with a small group of others, traveled through some rough terrain and weather but all in all completed her quest without much incident. Has never been gone for more than a few days from the forest before and realized pretty quickly the longer she stayed in her world that time seemed to move very differently. Surprised when she returned to the forest and soon figuring out that it hadn't been so long here but also very relieved especially with her mothers making their own frequent visits of late, wouldn't want to stir too much concern there.

Knows she has another task in the coming weeks, one where she will have to travel alone or with an escort/companion of her choosing. Thinking a lot about this and wondering if she should take a friend along.

But for now, finding herself pretty tired from her recent trip and generally just lazing around the forest and getting reaquinated with her cervine-form. Seeking out friendly faces as much as she seeks for quiet times but always craving a little bit of socializing and pleasant company.
Had a little talk with Taveer the other day, glad for a little more insight on him and appreciative of his sentiments as well as some things they seemed to share about something in particular.

November 22nd, 2019
Got into it with Niklaus and 'Z', sick of the former's staring and attempts (at what she percieves) of intimidation especially after the last time she encountered him. Snapped and went after him which resulted in quite a long chase involving many others ( Kenna, Zemora, Nararus, Persephone, Sindile). The dust eventually settled and was soon approached by Percy, exchanging a few words and gratitude on Neli's part. Settled in by the idol and passed out.

November 20th, 2019

Not doing much these days, spending more time in the forest and avoiding some things at home other than working nights in the tavern and watering her plants. Feeling a heavy, consistent ennui and only entertained by the random brawl here or there but even that is losing its excitement. However does get a spark of joy whenever spending time with a friend or a new friendly face, like Nethiit whom she just met but has a positive view of the stranger so far and amused by his wholesome, chivalrous personality - a nice boi.

Still, just sort of lazing around and hunkering down in flowers or the blue bowl, dozing, reading or day dreaming as well as worrying about the coming winter and the new job she'll be taking which still brings an onslought of feels even though she's known about it for a few months. Just trying to be an adult but also wanting to avoid adult things but.. also wanting to do these things?? Life is hard, just sleep.

Stayed with Pagan for some time yesterday, exchanged some words and sweet sentiments. Maybe even cried a little.

Then met a very nice boi last night, Mathias. Sat with him for quite awhile near the pond, peaceful despite a deep intense bad feeling thats been kinda eating at her for a while. Still, appreciated the non complicated company of the stranger and hopes to seek him out again some time.

BUT THEN! Today. Finally snapped and tried to extract some revenge on Brent for going after her mothers. Exchanged some venomous words with the stag before stabbing him in the leg with a dagger she brought from home. Exchanged some more fightin' words before getting into it with the brute. Shifted her form during the tussle and was able to withstand much of his attacks and hopefully do a bit of damage herself but at the cost of taking on a hefty amount herself.

Völundr soon showed up and watched for a bit before diving in at one point himself. The fight soon ending with some more angry words thrown at eachother (Neli and Brent) before the dark male left.

Feeling beaten and unsatisfied, collected her weapon and was very apologetic to Vol. Spoke a bit and felt a little better with him here and all that he had to say on the matter and honestly relieved it was him that showed and not That Other Viking she knows because he always has too much on his plate - or at least thats how she feels.
Jokes on you though, Neli, cus he dead.

Ooof so much has happened but also not much at all?? After some drama and the usual brawl here or there, has decided to lay low especially with an upcoming job in Atis. Visiting the forest for a while until the job starts and hopes it will keep her busy enough to keep her away from the forest for a while but until then just.. chillin' and trying to keep a whole slew of different thoughts and emotions at bay.

All in all, feeling down and very much alone without Aleta nearby or her mothers but knows they are all off living their own lives and is trying to do the same for herself. Still, can't help to miss the familiarty and comfort of family now more than ever. Maybe isolating herself but low key desperately wishes to involve herself with others, make new friends and such. But not letting herself do that for some reason!!!

BUT THEN A Fenrir came along and reminded her she still has family here and really glad for it. Brightened immensely by him along with his sweet little family. Also told her of some things after some Mikill drama. Expressed a lot of interest and allowed him to run a particular test, was given the results a day later and immediately went into planning mode.

August 1st, 2019

Yesterday entered the forest and found Ingo, sat with him for a bit and was soon joined by Elliasén. Grew a bit restless so after a very brief exchange with Ing, left to wander about to see what she could see. Eventually found what she was looking for and settled down.. only to rise again at some commotion amongst a few strangers. Watched with mild interest before things soon quieted and she returned to sit for a while until she dozed off against a tree. Woke to the sounds of another fight and immediately flew into panic mode when she saw Ingolfr fighting Mikill (and some times an Osha). At first grew worried for the other doe but as time went on felt less and less for her and could only give her worries for her friend especially as the brawl carried on.

Didn't even blink or wince when Mikill targeted her a few times, she had been through much worse and pain is something she could very much manage. Didn't run much, if only to move out of Ingolfr's way for Mikill but if she was going to be targeted might as well hang around for Ing to get Mikill as some kind of tactic. Did use the Oak as a barrier a few times but wouldn't budge from the area, she wouldn't leave her best friend and if she appeared to be an easy target for the assailant then so be it. She could deal and she wasn't afraid.

Did get approached by Osha at some point, uneasy by her advance and unsure what she wanted, finding it a bit odd but before she could say anything to the other, another stranger (Reva) appeared and quickly got between them after seeming to 'read' the situation. Couldn't complain and grateful for the assistance even if nothing had actually happened between herself and Osha. Did wonder what sort of woman aligns herself with such an unsavory individual who seems to only abuse other women.. but didn't have much time to think or judge for too long as Ing and Mikill were still going at it. Stood near Reva for a bit and taking notice of her being a bit on edge and likely wondering what was going on.. so in fear of her eventually maybe going after Ing, mentioned what so many had warned herself about Mikill so that perhaps Reva would understand why and what was happening now.

THINGS EVENTUALLY STOPPED with Mikill and Osha leaving through a portal. Approached Ingolfr and checked him over, exchanging some words and Neli offering to help him. Got him up at least and the two headed to the Idol, Ingo seeming to be very woozy and on the verge of passing out so quickly left to gather some of her things and return to try to patch some of the areas she could find where he was losing a lot of blood. THANKFULLY SEN SHOWED UP AGAIN and was able to whisk Ing and Neli away to her home to get fixed up.

July 8th, 2019

Targeted yesterday by a familiar beast (Niklaus AGAIN!!) but this time he had a friend (Anastasia). Felt incredibly powerless, attempted to dissuade them with pleasantries hoping to appeal to their better nature if at all possible but unfortunately for the Lark it didn't do much. Pushed, shoved and chased until she pressed herself against a tree in an attempt to use it as a shield from any serious attacks from the red pelted one while frantically thinking of how she would get herself out of this one. For the first time in a while actually felt a bubble of fear beginning to rise as well as panic but luckily Fenrir and Jörnburnd swooped in to save the day along with another (Sebastian) who seemed to keep the smaller of the two (Ana) at bay. Felt such a relief but also worried and guilty for putting them all in harms way, a feeling of utter frustration and anger soon to follow. The fight ensued for some time, getting charged at a few times but did try to stand her ground until exhaustion took her - AKA player had to go suddenly wahh. Did get to curl up with Fen and Jörn after all the dust settled and felt very safe and so much love for the two.

TODAY came back with some renewed feelings along with something that made her feel a little more safe although still unsure how to wield it in this form. But still, giving her some sense of ability and defense is enough for now. Found Fenrir and settled in beside him.

She hasn't been doing too much in forest as usual, doing things outside of it though and finding her own path finally although its been a pretty rocky start so far.
Today was chased alongside Aleta and roughed up by a hulking figure (Niklaus). Fenrir and Wollunka getting involved along with a stranger spotted a few times (Vysena ).
Maybe i'll write this out better later but player gotta goooooo

Visited Aleta's home a few weeks ago, enjoyed the time spent with her sister immensely and incredibly endeared to the world she seems to thrive in also relieved by the community her sister has found, knows she is well cared for which is all she could ever want for her dear Allie.

Ever since has been keeping to herself, a little secretive and quiet and often not in the forest these days but when she does visit, usually has a book or two with her.

Was briefly visited by Pagan tonight, though, the doe leaving gifts and supplies much to Neli's surprise. Incredibly grateful, stashed the items somewhere safe.

February 11th, 2019

Was partially healed the other night by Irina after some intense staring from the chimera and sweating on Neli's part. Watched in awe at her draconic friend raise her hand over the wound as it did it's magic - literally. Relieved at the instant dulling of the pain among some other reasons but quickly became focused and concerned about 'Rina when Neli realized how exhausted the action left her (Irina). Was told that she would just need rest and after a few apologies and thank you's, the two settled in for the night.

Has been taking it pretty easy since, avoiding anything that might cause her to reopen her wound or overextend her leg.

February 8th, 2019

FEW DAYS AGO: After spending most of the day with Aleta, had a little sparring session when Vidal arrived. It was cut short when a creature (A-ster) came crashing into them with violent intent. Was chased a bit, tried to fight back when the large beast targeted Vidal but unable to do much other than slam herself against the other. During a moment of being chased, was temporarily caught from behind in the creature's mouth, a searing pain shooting through her as the creature tore into skin and ripped a portion away. Screamed in agony before dashing forward and getting away with Vidal soon close behind. Shocked and frightened for a few minutes as she regained her breath, using a nearby tree for support, unwilling to look at the damage done. Had vivid flashbacks to her time as a fawn when she was targeted by a couple of predators and almost sent into panic attack buuut soon realized that the pain she had now could never compare to what she had endured as a child, if she could get through that then surely, as an adult, she could do it again.

Moved off to the pond to soak before being asked by Vidal if they could move, relocated to the oak for a time and spoke a little as she finally took a look at both their injuries. Moved again to her glade when she remembered she had some medical supplies stashed away, both she and Vidal using what little was left. Exchanged some words of comfort before they settled down for the night.


Even a few days later is still incredibly sore, wound still fresh and painful but starting to heal up. However, during her skirmish with A-ster plus the sparring she had done prior had overextended the use of her bad leg which has caused more pain and aches. Sticking near the pond and stream to help ease some of the pain but putting on a good face that she's TOTALLY FINE.

January 1st, 2019

Hasn't been doing much other than hanging out with family and friends. Keeping an eye on Ingolfr especially after some information she learned about him plus he always seems to be injured for some reason. Still, knows he's tough but wants to be there for her friend as much as she can. Also watching out for a certain little fawn he's been taking care of despite not being so keen on children, still doesn't wish to see harm come to the little one.

Learned of Vidal's departure from the forest recently while 'dozing' beside Aleta one night, a little sad she didn't get a chance to wish him well but knew she wouldn't be good at good bye's, knew that she would see him again soon enough and was comforted by that. Sticking close to her sister though, because of it, offering comfort should the Lavender seek it.

Today, felt restless and bored, wandering the forest and feeling quite suffocated by it along with the form she could only be in here. Missed walking, touching things with her hand and the sensation of wind against her skin. Longs for something more and starting to feel more determined to find something of her own as Aleta had.

Didn't take long to find Selah when the girl's scent was carried on the breeze, after some nuzzles and greetings settled down beside her. Was quickly given a wrapped gift for some winter celebration that Neli wasn't familiar with, much to her surprise and embarrassment for not having anything to give in return, but quickly opened it. Received a beautiful, knitted scarf. Incredibly humbled and appreciative of the gift, treated it as delicately as she could before Selah offered to place it around her neck for Lark. Eagerly agreed and soon the scarf was wrapped securely around her neck. Couldn't express her gratitude enough, proudly and happily wearing the scarf and likely will for a while.


Dec. 4th, 2018.

About a week or so ago was invited to another realm by Ingólfr after a brief conversation with him. It was a bit of a culture shock.. along with some other shocking realizations about herself, lots of different kinds of discovery but all welcomed and excited about it all. Overall the trip went very smoothly aside from an alarming, close call when traveling back from the beautiful city Ingólfr had brought her to. Learned a ton, saw a lot more than she can really comprehend and will likely be spinning from the adventure for weeks to come - although happy to reunite with her family, as she had missed her sister something fierce, feels a strong longing for more. Likely to find herself daydreaming of Cataj and reliving some fond moments.

Brought a little gift for Aleta, a fine piece of jewelry that sort of matches something that Ingólfr helped her find. Can't thank the Highlander enough and immensely grateful for his endless generosity.

Despite her rising discomfort for the past week, has felt closer to her friends and those she cares about so much more. Appreciative for their continuous company and comfort that they give - if there is anything to take away from the event then it would be just that, strengthening bonds and an out pour of love for those who have stayed by her side.

Almost another day of potato-ing but did end on a high note watching both Ingólfr and 'Rings spar, felt her heart skip when her two friends clashed tines, excited but also very worried for both their safety even though she knew they were both probably being careful. STILL bit her lip through the whole thing and when it was over, rushed to both to praise them! Wouldn't ever pick a victor, both were the Best in her eyes. Happily settled with the two along with Selah and Allie.

Later on witnessed Ing and another (Efrideet) duke it out and just.. in awe at both their strength, maybe even a lil envious. But overall, very impressed! Checked over Ingólfr before leading him back to the glade.

..Few days ago:
Not enjoying the event as much as she hoped so mainly sticking to her sister and friends. Did venture out yesterday and had a nice time when she joined a few groups. Felt very pampered by Atlas and felt comfortable by his easy going demeanor. Did recieve a poppy from mini!Eleazor at some point too, very nice bois.

Had an odd moment with Vidal at some point too but was highly distracted by a distant chase that ultimately made her nervous.

Overall though feeling very disconnected especially from the other judges. ALSO a very concern about Aleta and her sister is her highest priority so keeping close to the Lavender.

Not much to update, living her best life outside the forest usually with her mother's or in Amnula. Wanting more, however, especially from hearing about other worlds from her parents. Longing but quiet about it. Daydreams quite often.

May 20th, 2018

Spent most of the day in the company of her sister, 'Rings and Vidal with a Freya in there at some point. Did feel a moment of some unease when the most unfamiliar to her (Vidal) sat very close ALTHOUGH wasn't exactly put off or made to feel negative toward the boy in any fashion, felt somewhat odd about it despite how small of a thing it was, mostly felt a bit crowded so put a little bit more space between herself and the bOI. FELT VERY very embarrassed and guilty when she noticed Vidal take his leave not too long after and felt immensely uncomfortable wITH HERSELFFFFF. Did attempt to rouse the boy from his pond soak but felt that maybe he just wanted to hang out in the cool waters and that it really wasn't about her at all.... still she couldn't help to hone in on the thought and really couldn't shake it, quietly berating herself for beINg SucH a FOOL. So went on a walk to chill herself out but came across Ingolfr (srry im too lazy to grab the right fancy letters pls) alone so sat down nearby, pleased to see her friend finally as she felt it had been some time since their last visit. Did leave eventually and found her way back to Aleta and 'Rings, settling down and feeling a little better but quietly hoping to catch Vidal again soon.

Content to watch the pond from a distance for a while even after her sister left but after some time felt a bit nosy on where Aleta had wandered off to. So with every intent to come back to Woodrings, set off after the Hummingbird and was quick to find her but not before the scent of blood touched her senses. Felt woozy at the smell but pressed onward to linger near Aleta and Leovys as they spoke quietly, her gaze finally drifting to the pool of blood beneath the limbs of a tree where a head was so pointedly left in their leaves. Sick at the sight especially as the features of the victim were quickly recognized but was quite shocked at this point which only lead her to feel numb. Rushed to her sister's side when the others had noticed her and quietly offered her comfort and selfishly taking what she could from Aleta as well. Grateful for Fletcher's arrival and eagerly allowed the stag's taking over the situation, taking what was left of the white buck and creating a burial ground for him. Was left with the task of gathering flowers with the other two youths, collecting ferns, long stalks of grass, acorns and feathers from the forest floor before laying them down with the Prism - tucking a feather in the boy's hair and whispered a soft apology. Listened to Fletcher's words for the lost, hoping that they would come true.

Returned at her sister and friend's sides until Woodrings arrived who may have looked a bit horrified... Got a gentle bump from him before the boy left and felt her mood plummet further and found herself torn between staying with Aleta or checking on their friend. The latter won out in the end, knowing that she would see Aleta again soon and quickly made her way to 'Rings. Curled up close to the other to offer any silent support she could before forcing her eyes shut and into a restless, light slumber. Was eventually joined by Irene which stirred her from her 'sleep' but couldn't really sit still with the sight of her mother nearby so after a few nuzzles to the two, left to see her family and speak with her mother.

First, look how cute this soft boi is !!!

Second... Not much happening in Lark's relatively mundane life but actually enjoying it for what it is and thankful that she and her family are safe and sound. Aware of a certain discussion between her mothers and Lavender some weeks ago which only further cemented her appreciation for the peace they’ve all been given as of late. A lot of deep thought on the matters of life and death, consequences of all our actions and how easily things can change. And perhaps, in a sort of odd contradiction against herself and what she strives for, developing a curiosity for those very different than herself. Interested in worlds outside her own but too shy to act on it.

Not doing much other than visiting and chatting with friends. Still recovering from her injury a while back and although the pain is virtually subsided, still tends to get sore and takes ample time to rest which is also frustrating, never thought she’d ever take running for granted and misses the feeling. STILL grateful for the vines and all the help she had received and glad that she is still mobile.
