Definitely going to try and track, this is the first time I've been able to get on just to get that mask! Hopefully he can be on before I have to go to bed or work tomorrow.
If that's true, then yep, I'm gonna miss it. I'll have four hours left before school is over and I don't think whatever will happen will last that long. :/
I think we all kind of congregated to the statues in hopes BZD will appear there. I'm mostly sleeping near it to watch the highest cluster and when BZD appears so I can finally get that mask ^_^
I remember when Halloween was all day, and there were gravestones through the forest and creepy music playing and fog and wolves howling and the pond was blood red.
It was probably around when I first started, so.. 2008-09? I know it happened briefly last year, too. When I get home I can dig up some screenshots if I have them. ^^
I hope they'll be able to come on soon! D: I'd love to witness my first TEF halloween before I have to scoot off to work or at least before the day's over! I missed last night due to a livestream event I was hosting.
I'm eyeballing the map currently as I have only a scant hour before work, and when I get back at 10 EST US I doubt he'll show up again considering the time zone.
I don't know where to look! I was at the Twin Gods all day, then everyone suddenly disappeared, and I got to the ruin just in time to see his fog disappear! Curses!

I suddenly got a weird pelt I've never seen before! It's black and red and gold, with swirls, and a mask that makes a strange noise... nobody cast on me... is it a glitch or something to do with Halloween??

Yup, I saw another person with that pelt, and the curly swirly antlers, as well. Looked like they were really enjoying it.
Also, when Spartak was praying at the twinstatues, he came back up from the ground wearing a magpie mask, space beluga pelt, and real deer antlers. Totally not was he was wearing. <-< pretty weird stuff happening...
You probably don't have to worry about it. The glitch seems to wear off when you close out of the game. The glitch sets don't seem to save either from what I tested.
Are you finding it won't re-set if you ask it to load the previous appearance? I'm having such a hard time, I got the BZD set, and it keeps switching away, already lost my mask! Something fishy is happening in the forest!

To me, strangeness was happening as well, lol. cB
DotD mask and a picto was all what stayed of Spartak in my sight, also I've seen a deer with peacock mask and a first gen picto deer with skull mask this way.
And.. Met a phase one deer third times today. lol.
What I find utterly priceless yet disturbing was a fawn standing near the statues with a crying mask on, but the fawn was stuck in mooing position, AND THE MOUTH ON THE MASK WAS OPEN.
;-; it scared the freak out of me.
Also, Maxwell's nighfall pelt is staying on him for the longest time ever!! It hasn't even disappeared once. I know they are playing with us...... >->

Another weird thing is that the map says there is a crowd around the ruins, but I am at the ruins now and there is absolutely no one here 0.o I see the crowd around the twin gods, but nobody at the ruins.
Yeah!! I've seen at least two deer like that, including yours, at the statue site, plus the creepy crying idol mask on that fawn. Pretty weird server glitches because of the vast amount of deer?.....or just the creators fooling with us?

Incidentally, it seems if you are dancing when the fog disappears, you are left with the BZD dance music playing constantly, even if you stop dancing!
