I like to hang around the ruins.... They remind me of something, I'm not sure what, but I'm sure its of home. I tend stray towards the tombstones, laying down and falling asleep among the old bones. I feel sort of... safe there...

My personality

Skittish
Mortuus is easily frightened, or it seems that way. He is in no manner pushy, and loud noises, bellowing, snapping branches and all things of that manner will send him bolting away.

Shy
He doesn't approach others much, or if he does it is slowly, though they normally leave before he finally makes it to them.

Passive
Fight or flight, this buck shall pick flight eleven times out of ten. He has been chased by others and even harassed due to this. He will never stand up for himself, and simply stand there looking sad, as he is backed into a corner, surrounded by bullies. Though... there are exceptions...

Gentle
He is almost incapable of harming another. Even if he runs in fear, he makes sure not to hurt the others. Maybe it is because he is fearful of the consequences....

Paranoid
He fears everything. Always wild-eyed and on the look out for the next danger....

Unpredictable
Only around idols, and the god statues does he change slightly. He never outright attacks the god statues, but he has been known to attack idols. You may find one knocked over due to him. It is rather out of character for him, but it seems to enrage him nonetheless. Though he still leaves others alone.

My Beliefs

Mortuusago is a Christian. Odd, no? Either way, he is not about to attack people for believing in the gods. He does not like idol worship though. He has been known to get rather angry with the pagan idol by the ruins. He doesn't display his emotions often, but this may explain unexpected behavior.

Health

Physical
95%~ Unfortunately, this is about as healthy as he can get. His body is suffering from something like a chronic disease, but even so, he is capable of speed. However, he is not strong.

Mental
60%-70%~ Mortuusago suffers from many paranoia, phobias, and a few disorders. Nothing violent, but he definitely has a tortured mind.

Other Ailments
Mortuusago cannot speak, or bellow much. His lips have been sown together with a metal threa. He can speak, but it is painful, as the holes begin to tear, and it bleeds quite a bit. And if he does speak, it is a whisper, more like a soft breeze than anything, hard to decipher.Either way, none have heard him make a noise here yet, and no one knows how he got that way. And since he refuses to speak, none can find out.

Communication

~Confusion~
Mort is often confused by others actions. If someone is limping, or bowing at him, he will often cock his head, not really acting properly.

~Backing Away~
One of his most common reactions to others. When approached, he will usually cower, o act sad and back away until he is far enough where he feels safe enough to turn his back and flee

~Cowering~
Another common reaction. Whether someone approaches him or starts acting angrily towards him, he shall often perform this action

~Sad~
This is is used when he is mopey or afraid. Or when he does something accidental, he will act sad, cower, and possibly run away.

~Bowing~
Used to show respect, or show that he will do as asked.

~Scratching the ground~
Rarely used, but this usually shows that he either wants someone to follow him, or do something, which hopefully should be discernible, depending on the situation.

~Rearing~
Rarely used. However, is he does rear, he is merely being a spaz, or hyper. Or he may be near an idol.

~Taunting, Lowering antlers~
Mort will never do either of these. He is not aggressive. As with rearing, idols are an exception.

~Roaring~
He will rarely roar or bellow, save for the most dire circumstance. This is due to the stitches, and if he did open his mouth to make such a noise, he would be in great pain, as the metal wire would tear his lips quite a bit.

~Sniffing, Nuzzling~
Sniffing is a very great show of affection for Mort. It means he trusts you enough to come slose to you. He rarely will nuzzle, as he trusts no one to that extent.

~Listening~
This means he is trying to observe his surroundings. Don't dash up to him at that moment, as he would probably freak and run away, more frightened than usual.

(Also, anyone may pick on Mortuus if they want X3. He is no stranger towards aggression. X3 As long as you don"t expect him to fight back that is)

Hey! Silvery met up with

Hey! Silvery met up with your Mort yesterday.

Let me explain: Silvery was the magpie doe with the peacock feathers and no mask. Accompanied by a golden stag with butterfly antlers and an orca mask. She is somehow related to Spangled, one of the deer that beat Mort up a while ago. Silvery feels responsible for what Spangled did and tried to apologize to him, but he didn't seem to want any company at all...
She saw him limping and really feels sorry for him.

X3 Mort is in an odd way at the moment. XD But this is not the first nor last beating for mort XD after all, his mouth is stitched up; that is one of his more grievous ailments XD

Maybe mort will let her close at some point, though He prolly won't be like a normal deer as usual. He
is slightly confused by displays of kindness.

Spangled is rather small for

Spangled is rather small for a deer, so she's probably the smalles of the group. She's an albino, so she has pale pink eyes and white fur. Only the tips of her ears are black, plus she has the same black legs as the Secretary Bird pelt.
