Atuutluk was once a Spirit Crow taking the form of a hooded crow (Corvus corone cornix). She watched over a small tribe of early humans, guiding their wise and teaching the clever. She was called Atuutluk or “Evil Magic” by the tribe for the fact she was always found near a person right before they passed away. Atuutluk never killed the humans instead she had been assigned to the tribe to escort their dead to their next life.

It was because of their superstition of Atuutluk’s ‘bad deeds’ that lead them in attempting to banish their guardian. They had succeeded and Atuutluk found herself in a black void hardly aware of herself or the nothingness.

It was many ages later that The Twin Gods found her in the endless abyss and blessed her. With The Twin Gods blessing she was born into the body of a Fawn and grew up as any Endless Forest deer. She retained her ability to shapeshift and over time her memories of her past existence as a Spirit returned to her like a fuzzy dream.

Atuutluk is not bitter of what her charges had done to her in fact she is rather content with her lot in life. Being an Endless Forest Deer is a wonderful existence, the forest peaceful, the celebrations of life grand. Though she does harbor some fears of moonless nights.

Atuutluk has the ability to shapeshift however it is limited.
- She is able to take the form of a hooded crow (picture on left).
- While wearing the Orca Mask in game she actually has the head of a natural deer.
- Without the Orca Mask she has the usual TEF deer’s face.

Atu’ is fun loving and full of energy. You will find her often galloping through the forest at top speeds and leaping into the air. She could be considered childish to some point with her playful antics. Hopping and rearing are never signs of aggression but rather an invitation to run and play.

A shy or distant deer will often catch her attention and she will attempt to lure them into a game of chase or hide and seek. Of course, she knows when to call it quits. No need to get jabbed by a stubborn deer’s antlers.

Atu’ isn’t without her serious side. She usually knows when it is time to slow down and observe a situation. She has a strong sense of duty, thanks to her past existence as a Spirit Crow, and will normally help a deer in need of it. Especially if another deer is injured or upset, a deer in stress is something needing to be quickly taken care of.
