Can't recover old account

For some reason when I try to log into my old account
http://endlessforest.org/community/shizubara
it says "Sorry, unrecognized username or password."

When I try to reset my password I get two messages

"Unable to send e-mail. Please contact the site administrator if the problem persists."
and
"Further instructions have been sent to your e-mail address."

Since I never get the e-mail I assume that it really is "Unable to send e-mail." for some reason. So how do I recover my old account? Is there any way? Or is the account just lost because for some reason the password reset doesn't work?

OK, never mind, I guess I

OK, never mind, I guess I just put in the wrong password because I was finally able to log in. Not sure how my password got changed back to the old one, but oh well, at least I can log into it again. So please ignore this.

Though I am very sad to see that the 'Display Name' feature is broken and that I have to use my old user name that I really don't like any more. Oh well, at least I can use this account again Smiling
